Atlantern game mechanic

I created this short stop motion video, as an example of how the player will swipe up and down with there thumb in order to avoid obstacles. Visual work is not my strong suit which is why I chose mechanics, but I decided to illustrate the basics in order to get the point of across.

As the player moves through each section the objects and environment will become increasingly hard to dodge, and due to it being one hit and you die, it would be extremely challenging as the time progresses.

 

I then went onto unreal and animated this process to show a clear view on how the game would work.
