generate ideas based on a concept
generate more ideas based on the same concept
generate even more ideas on that initial concept
finally begin to limit your ideas based on way you have generated
advance your ideas and begin to refine them
and repeat
principles of iteration
design your prototype
plays test the prototype
analyses and reflect on what happened
ideas are cheap
stop brainstorming and start prototyping
embrace failure
be critical
more experimental? more iteration
keep it ugly
practice what you preach
